Photos intended for publication must have a good resolution (minimum 1920×1080 pixels). To maintain the quality of our service, the Administrator has the option in advance not to publish a photo.

The administrator reserves the right to make technical changes to the content, and in particular to the content of the classified ads (e.g. in the context of reuse). This may be necessary, among other things, to make the classified ads accessible on different channels, including mobile phones.

Professional photo shoots are always held in association with professional photographers for your profiling on our website.

Offer free first month on the platform:

The offer for a free first month on the platform is a one-off offer valid only in your first month of membership as a companion. The start-up phase includes a paid photo session of a predetermined duration by our professional photographer, this photoshoot will be paid in advance, by you. The costs of this shooting are estimated on 375 euros. A Masterclass “How to be the perfect companion” (Table manners, What’s in my handbag, What clothes am I wearing, Assertiveness training, model walking, picture perfect ….) Now easy and short: You only pay for the photoshoot and we take care of the rest; providing you a profile, e-mail adress, Masterclass “How to be the perfect companion.” The first month you do not have to pay any fee to be on The Platform.

Subscription terms for escorts:

The monthly subscription fee €395 is payable no later than the 5th day of each month. The bankaccount will be shared once you have start up.

Subscription terms for Adultstars:

Adultstars pay no monthly fee. Their fee will be charged otherwise in correspondence with producers. 

Photography for Adultstars:

The photography for Adultstars will be mugshots/bodyshots, taken in a studio by a professional photographer. 

Photography:

Every 3 months Emerald Escorts Registry organises a new photo shoot. Participating in this is not obligatory. But we do ask you to participate at least 2x a year to keep your own profile up-to-date with your latest look and style. 

Rates:

You get to set your own rates and also change them. You can easily communicate this to our technical team. Your rates are not subject to percentages deducted as an agency, except for a Matchmaking or Double Delight (2Girls) appointment. Then a processing fee of 35% is deducted from the total booking. Only a monthly fee of 395 euros is charged, regardless of the earnings. Make it a little something! 😉

Refund in case of early termination:

If you decide to terminate your presence on our platform before the end of the first four months of paid subscription, the following fees will be charged and must be refunded in full. Please note that the three paid months must be consecutive, without any interruption in payment. The cost corresponding to the photos from the first photo shoot, as well as the rental fee for the photo shoot location and profile management (with a combined value of €770), will be billed and must be fully refunded.

Exclusive use on Emerald Escorts Registry:

Please note that the images produced during this photo shoot are provided for your exclusive use on the Emerald Escorts Registry platform. This means that these images are strictly for promoting your listings within our community and may not be used for any other purpose or on other platforms without our prior written consent.

Restrictions after leaving:

In case you terminate your account or leave Emerald Escorts Registry, we would like to clarify that the use of images from the photoshoot must stop immediately. These images may no longer be used outside our platform except with our written agreement. This measure is in place to protect the exclusive usage rights granted to us as part of this offer.

Refund procedure:

Any refunds will be made to our designated bank account within 15 days of your departure from Emerald Escorts Registry.

Restriction on publication of ads/profiles:

The pricing of an ad is fixed before publication. The user may not modify his/her ad/profile by replacing one type of offer with another. In this case, he must publish a new add/profile at the rate in force for the chosen offer. Even if the user removes an add/profile from the platform early, he/she may not claim a full or partial refund. The user accepts that once an add/profile has been posted on the platform and paid for, no right of withdrawal or full or partial refund shall apply to this add/profile.

We reserve the unilateral right to deactivate or reject an ad placed on our platform, before the end of the publication period and without compensation, in the following cases:

A descriptive text violates these Terms of Use. An advertisement is wrong or an advertisement is illegal.

Prohibition of access to the platform:

We, Emerald Escorts Registry, reserve the right to unilaterally prohibit access to all or part of the platform to any physical or legal person:

who would breach these Terms of Use, who would use the personal data to which he may have access through the platform to offer paid products or services or to send unsolicited messages to the e-mail addresses of other internal users (“spamming”) for any commercial purpose or in any other unauthorised manner; who would post on the platform false classified ads, classified ads already posted by the same physical or legal person or illegal classified ads; harm the good reputation of the Manager or the platform; infringe the intellectual rights of third parties; use the platform for unlawful purposes. Platform availability:

Although we are committed to making the Platform available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, we reserve the right, at any time and without prior warning, to interrupt access to the Platform for technical or other reasons. We also reserve the right to terminate our services, and without being held responsible for these interruptions and their possible consequences for you or third parties.
 To the extent possible, the Administrator will ensure that the platform and the files can be downloaded are free of bugs, viruses, Trojans, Spyware and other malicious or unapproved software. However, it cannot be excluded that these items are nevertheless present. Under no circumstances shall the Administrator be held liable for any damage and/or loss arising therefrom to the user. The Administrator strongly recommends that users install firewalls, an anti-virus programme and other necessary security programmes on their devices.

Responsibility regarding content posted by users on the platform:

The user:

Terms of sale and payment:

All reservations or orders for services on the Site are final and conclusive. In accordance with current legislation, the user-consumer is aware that, as each order is executed immediately, he loses his right of withdrawal and expressly agrees to this.
