Are the pictures of the girls real?

We are aware that in both the regular and high class escort segments, fake and/or intensively post-edited photos are still widely used. At Emerald Escorts Registry, however, we actually pride ourselves on our what-you-see-is-what-you-get content. As you can see, all our Gems are photographed by one regular photographer in one consistent style in a variety of locations. What about cancelling?

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations within 24h will be declined, the advance of 40% on a Matchmaking Booking or a Double Delight (2 Girls) booking will be held in our account. This is for the girls and our time and effort to secure a meeting.

If the meeting can be rescheduled within 2 weeks, the total amount will still be reduced by the advance.

WHAT IF MY ESCORT CANCELS OUR APPOINTMENT?

Even more annoying, but fortunately very rare. However, at the end of the day, we are all human and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. In the event that your escort cancels within 24 hours before your appointment, we will work together to identify whether one of her fellow escorts is eligible to come to you on her behalf. In the event that none of her colleagues appeal to you in such a way that the appointment will still take place, it goes without saying that your booking will be cancelled free of charge.

If you have already paid a deposit, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Which payment methods are accepted?

A 40% deposit on the booking is always requested to be paid by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal.

How do I extend an appointment?

Knowing how long you'll book is always more practical for the escort. If you want to extend, you should kindly ask what the possibilities are for the girl. And pay her correctly before extending the booking. Many things are possible with mutual respect and good communication.

What if there is no connection with the girl?

In the unlikely event that your high class escort upon arrival does not meet your expectations in terms of appearance, grooming, or for whatever reason does not seem suitable for the date you have in mind, there is the option to end your appointment early. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must notify us within the first 15 minutes. In this case, only one hour will be charged, whether or not plus any travel expenses (which will already be communicated by us in advance). If the first 15 minutes of your appointment have already passed, you have already touched or undressed your escort, she refuses to stay due to lack of your personal hygiene, inappropriate behaviour, unsuitable location, or if your booking takes place abroad, you will not be eligible for a refund if your appointment is cancelled early.

In this case, you will be expected to pay for the minimum duration of the booking applicable to your appointment (which in turn may depend on your escort's travel time). This amount will be charged for the reserved time, invested preparation, holding off other bookings and travel time your escort invested in you.

When can I expect an answer from the girls or Emmy?

Written correspondence is usually answered within one working day. Therefore, if you email us on a Friday evening or submit a web form, it may take until Monday evening to receive a reply. In 9 out of 10 cases where someone does not receive a reply within a working day hour, it is due to incorrectly entered contact details on one of our web forms.
